Oleksii
Founder
Starting the medical English project a year and a half ago, I had no idea that today I would have a real team of engaged participants and a lot of positive feedback from clients — doctors and students from all corners of Ukraine and beyond! I am immensely grateful to my friendly team, everyone who attends our courses, and everyone reading this channel! P.S. I also want to thank the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who allow us to work and study.

My motivation lies in the progress of my students. Comparing the “starting point” to the “outcome” after each module, I feel not only their progress but also my own as a teacher. Interacting with students energizes me and inspires me. Therefore, it can be described as a symbiotic work that brings me immense joy.

Medicine is an integral part of my life. Teaching helps me distract myself from the pain, sorrow, sadness, and negative thoughts that have been with us every single day since the beginning of the full-scale war. Since I work in the medicine, I would be happy to help not only in learning language but also in sharing cases from life to unite these two equally difficult areas of Medicine and English. The lessons are filled with interactive tasks, jokes, and a friendly atmosphere. Additionally, a special highlight is the discussions with colleagues and interesting anecdotes they share from their medical experience.

Learning and teaching English is currently an integral part of my daily life. Seeing people who, despite all the unfavorable factors, have the desire and find opportunities to learn English truly motivates me to do what I do. And it really adds faith that “everything will be Ukraine”, considering the number of people who continue to develop themselves.

My goal is to improve your overall understanding of English and enhance your navigation within your own knowledge. We often don’t start making changes and moving forward until circumstances force us to do so. Living in an English-speaking country and having some background, I want to motivate you to improve your language skills, as it opens up new opportunities and perspectives.

Oleksii added me to the work chat for some reason. I don’t know why. But I enjoy giving comments and joking around with other participants. I used to joke about Oleksii back in school, so I have quite a bit of experience. It’s a pity I don’t get paid for it though.
